Meetings of the Ambassador of Armenia Vahram Kazhoyan with Deputy Director of Center of Economic and Cultural Cooperation with Russia and CIS countries, Director General of VigenCo General Director of Thuong Dinh Footwear Joint Stock Company

Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Vahram Kazhoyan, had meetings with Mr. Nguyen Huy Cuong, Deputy Director of the Center for Economic and Cultural Cooperation of Russia and CIS countries, Mr. Nguyen Ha Tien Thanh, Director General of VigenCo Company, and Mr. Nguyen Van Khiem, General Director of Thuong Dinh Footwear Joint Stock Company.

The interlocutors discussed the possibilities of the export of construction materials, Vietnamese shoes and other products to Armenia, the development and deepening of cooperation in the spheres of culture and tourism, as well as other issues during the meetings.

Ambassador Kazhoyan presented the development and current state of the Armenian-Vietnamese relations on both bilateral and multilateral platforms, and also presented the perspectives of the development of cooperation with Vietnam in trade-economic spheres, particularly the import of Armenian alcoholic beverages, including brandies and wines, dairy and meat products, fresh and dried fruits and other products into Vietnam.

Ambassador Kazhoyan informed that the second session of the Armenian-Vietnamese intergovernmental commission, and associated business forum will take place in Autumn 2023, and invited the companies to participate in the forum, presenting the products of their companies and products.

Aramazd Muradyan, Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ha, manager of the export and import department of Thuong Dinh Footwear Joint Stock Company, from the Vietnamese side, participated in the meetings.
